A couple things first:
Feel free to either ship it to us, or bring it in to one of our local stores, if you live nearby. If you are planning on shipping, know that we will run a full diagnostic test on your iPad.
Otherwise, we will fix your iPad with high quality compatible parts, double check our work, and ship it back to you in the manner of your choice within 24 hours. We’ll also send you an email confirmation with the shipping tracking information, and we’ll require a signature upon delivery for added protection.
