All you need to do is ship your phone to us. Dry it out as much as you can and do not try to charge it or power it on. Once we receive your iPhone 7 Plus, our skilled techs will run a series of diagnostic tests on it to give them a clear picture of the damage the liquid has done to your device. Then we’ll contact you with a complete diagnosis of the issue, and give you the option between having it repaired or getting it returned to you in that state*. We repair and clean any and all signs of damage, corrosion, and debris, on all phone components, leaving it as good as new.

We offer 90-day warranty for all parts replaced and will immediately look into the matter if you find our replacements to be faulty. If we are unable to save your water-damaged iPhone, we will offer to purchase it (or we can return to you*).

For your peace of mind, all services come with a confirmation email and a tracking number. You will also be required to sign when you receive your phone to ensure reception of the device.
